Cancellation Policy
By booking or participating in the tour and any related products or services with Himalayan Moments, you agree to the below-mentioned Cancellation Policy.
By booking a package with us, you accept that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Prices, Surcharges, and Taxes
We reserve the right to modify the price of unsold tours at any time. We also reserve the right to increase the price of confirmed tours to allow for increases that are indirect consequences of changes in:
- The price of cabs, trains, or flights resulting from the cost of fuel.
- The level of taxes or fees chargeable for the services relevant to the holiday levied by the third parties.
From time to time, the tour operator may provide reduced pricing on different products or services. The reduced cost applies only to fresh bookings. Prior bookings are not entitled to the reduced pricing.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of termination of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be informed of the same in writing.
The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and the cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 75% refund.
- 30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.
- 15 days prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be pertinent as per the cancellation policy at the time of booking. In the case of special train journeys and high peak season bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable.
Our Liabilities and Limitations
Please note that after the settlement of the tour/ service cost, if there is any upsurge in entrance fees of monuments/ museums, taxes, fuel cost, or guide prices by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Law and Jurisdiction
For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to different products offered by Himalayan Moments, it will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Uttarakhand.
