Pick up Dehradun airport to drive Retreat Centre after rest visit join divine Ganga Aarti Ceremony. The timing of Aarti is from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm every day. After Aatri back to Retreat Centre. Dinner and overnight stay.
Walk up early morning 5:00am, after fresh join 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. yoga class, after your yoga class, enjoy your delicious breakfast at 8:30 a.m. After breakfast at Retreat Centre (Rishikesh), Explore the Rishikesh visit like Ramjhula, LaxmanJhula, Janki Setu etc. back to centre and take nutritious vegetarian lunch. After lunch rest. 4:30pm to 5:30 pm mediation class. Evening bonfire, dinner overnight stay.
Walk up early morning 4:00am, after fresh diver 4:30am Canter to Agrakhal 40 mint drive approx. Start small trek to Kunjapuri Temple, arrive in top you can see beautiful panoramic views of Himalaya. The Kunjapuri Devi temple is located atop 1645 meters from sea level. After visit temple and sunrise 6:30 to 8:00 a.m. yoga class in temple are, after your yoga class, enjoy your delicious breakfast at 8:35 a.m., After breakfast we start trek /hike 9 km back to Rishikesh through the Himalayan forest, along with natural water streams waterfalls (Neer waterfalls). You will arrive in Rishikesh between 12: 30 PM to 01:30 PM. Pick up and drop to canter. Arrive in Himalayan Moments Yoga Retreat canter enjoy Lunch. After lunch rest. 5:00pm to 6:00 pm mediation class. dinner overnight stay.
Walk up morning 5:00am, after fresh join 6:00 to 8:00 a.m enjoy a yoga class. 8:30 a.m enjoy your delicious breakfast. After breakfast at free to go for White Water Rafting with Body Surfing and Cliff Jumping. (3 Hour total activity) rafting back to Retreat Centre and join group hot buffet lunch. After lunch rest. 5:00pm to 6:00 pm mediation class. after some rest at 8:00 p.m there will be a group dinner, Bonfire and Celebration at the Retreat centre on the successful completion of the retreat.
Walk up morning 5:00am, after fresh join 6:00 to 8:00 a.m enjoy a yoga class. 8:30 a.m enjoy your delicious breakfast. Check out 11:00am the Retreat Centre and drop to Dehradun Airport. if it will be on the ending day of retreat.
